Strawberry Shake

  • 200g fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 200ml milk (or plant-based milk of choice)

  1. Prepare the strawberries: If using fresh strawberries, wash and hull them. If using frozen strawberries, no preparation is needed.
  2. Mix the ingredients: Place the strawberries, milk, banana, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla sugar in a blender.
  3. Blending: Blend all ingredients until smooth. For a thicker shake, use less milk, and for a thinner shake, use more milk.
  4. Add ice: If you want extra refreshment, add ice and blend for a few more seconds until the ice is finely crushed.
  5. Serving: Pour the shake into glasses and serve immediately. If desired, garnish with fresh strawberries or mint leaves.


  • Milk substitutes: If you’re lactose intolerant or prefer a vegan option, use almond, coconut, or soy milk.
  • Healthier shake: Instead of honey, you can use stevia or agave syrup as a sweetener.
